Mónica Flores Barragán is president of both ManpowerGroup Latin America as well as the ManpowerGroup Foundation. She is also the first woman to serve as president of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mexico. Additionally, she is a member of the global business executive committee and VP at Coparmex and an independent advisor to various educational and business institutions including the Regional Action Group (RAG) of the World Economic Forum, the B20 Future of Work and Education Taskforce, the LatAm Council of Junior Achievement Americas and the Technical Committee of Fibra Prologis. Flores is also an ally of the G20 Private Sector Alliance for the Empowerment and Advancement of Women’s Economic Representation.
