Under his leadership, the organization introduced the platform XinerLink Express, enabling the subcontracting of hourly personnel services with just one click. The work involves not only development but the active management of client companies and groups of workers for specific segments in a B2B2C model. Additionally, Guerra Muñoz’s efforts led XinerLink to achieve certification as a B Corporation, the first for a Chilean company of this scale in the HR outsourcing industry. Guerra Muñoz also serves as the president of Agest, the Chilean staffing association.
