Francisco Martínez Domene spearheaded the launch of the Adecco Mexico Institute to implement a center for analysis and research on issues related to the country’s labor situation. As secretary of the board of directors of AMECH (Mexican Association of Human Capital Companies), Domene promoted the utilization and development of the current Mexican regulation of specialized services in the market. He also serves on the board of directors of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Mexico. In November 2023, he was appointed president of the Chamber’s human resources commission, through which he works to strengthen best HR practices in Mexican and Spanish companies.
