With more than 20 years’ experience in various Latin American markets, Nelson Montoya has led Gi Group in Colombia for three years. The organization in 2023 launched The Bridge, a brand specialized in technological profiles. Gi Group also worked with the National Staffing Association to develop its agricultural sector, an initiative which extended the organization’s services in more remote locations, and continued expansion of GiCenter experience centers to provide training and employment opportunities. The organization is currently in the process of joining the World Employment Confederation (WEC) LatAm. Montoya is a board member of the National Staffing Association. He was with The Adecco Group for more than 16 years prior to joining Gi Group in 2021.
