As president of Brazilian staffing association FENASERHTT and SINDEPRESTEM, Vander Morales in 2023 led the implementation of collective bargaining to ensure the protection of rights for temporary and outsourced workers and utilized public employment agencies to support temporary work agencies, expediting formal hirings across Brazil. Morales also helped establish a partnership with the University of São Paulo for the implementation of ESG practices in the industry as well as an agreement with Banco do Brasil to implement “Avança Brasil,” providing capital financing for small and midsize companies in the temporary work services sector. Morales also has served as CEO of Grupo Good Service since it was founded in 1984.
