Prema Patil in 2015 founded Minnesota-based IT services provider Tanson Corp. She leads with a purpose-driven approach reflecting a commitment to making a positive impact within the community, and in the past year, she developed policies and practices that encourage a diverse workforce, leading to improved social equity within Tanson. Patil is a mentor for MN Cup, a community-led, public-private partnership supporting Minnesota’s entrepreneurs, as well as at local schools to promote girls in education. She is on the board for the North Central Minority Supplier Development Council.
