Stacey Lane’s commitment to putting people first is evident in every facet of her career as CEO of Staffmark Group and general manager of Indeed Flex US. Lane paved the path for DE&I to become an organizational pillar in 2022 by launching a business resource group program that today supports LGBTQIA+, military/veteran, Black, Latino, women, and interfaith communities and allies. In 2024, Lane looks forward to working with their parent company, RGF Staffing, in a digital transformation initiative aiming to increase accessibility to jobs by leveraging technology while maintaining the personal touches prioritized by Lane and colleagues.
