Teresa Carroll capped off her 27-year career with Kelly Services as president of a $2 billion P&L that included KellyOCG and delivered sustained double-digit growth for several years. In addition, she was GM of sales, marketing and HR. Earlier in her career, she led the team responsible for developing and launching Kelly Educational Staffing, creating a whole new market for the industry. One of the very few females in the C-suite at $1 billion-plus staffing companies, she amassed a network of industry and Kelly colleagues who credit her for having a positive impact on them. She stepped down in September 2019 to explore the next phase of her life and career.
